***IMPORTANT***

To make any outdoor changes you must apply to the ARC before work begins. Each item requires a separate ARC form to be submitted.

Sheds are now approved
- On your property at the rear of the house with conditions / City Permits and ARC approval. You must visit the Architectural review page for complete detailed instructions and to download the updated arc form for submission.
Online Portal for Community Management:
- Call CMS HOA account manager (407.359.7202).
- Confirm your email is registered with CMS Orlando on your account. If not, you must submit your email address in writing be added to your profile.
- You will be provided a one-time use portal key by CMS to be used at registration.
- Using the link https://portal.cmsorlando.com/Home/Login, click Sign Up.

Assessment Reminder:

Due: January 1st and July 1st
